Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Because meals are prepared fresh and custom-ordered by our home chefs, cancellation policies are strictly enforced:

• Before prep window (2 hours or more): You may cancel for a full refund of 100% back to your original payment card.
• During prep window (Less than 2 hours): No refunds are issued as the chef has purchased ingredients and initiated cooking.
• Missed deliveries: If the courier cannot reach you at the address, no refunds are issued.
